In Loving Memory of Rae Therese
Marie Zimmerman
Rae Therese Marie Zimmerman, ( spouse Richard deceased), age 72, of Cleveland, Ohio, passed away October 26, 2026 after a courageous battle with cancer and other long-term illnesses.
Rae Therese was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and cherished friend. Her memory will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
She was the proud mother of two daughters, Rachel Giraldo and Rebecca Robb (Sean), and a loving grandmother to Sydney and Liam Robb. Her family was an important part of her life, and the memories they shared will be treasured for generations to come.
Rae Therese was the loving daughter of Stephania and Raymond Garstka, who preceded her in death. She is lovingly remembered by her siblings: Paul (deceased); Rose Marie Ash (Bob, deceased); Linda (deceased); Ann Ezzo; Barbra Garstka; Joe Garstka (Regina, deceased); and Sandra Slaby (Chris). She also leaves behind three nieces, two nephews, four great-nephews, and three great-nieces, all of whom will carry her memory with them.
Rae Therese shared a long-term companionship and friendship with Tony Konieczny. Their relationship was a meaningful part of Rae Therese's life until the end.
Although Rae Therese is no longer with us, the love she shared and the memories she created will never be forgotten. Her passing leaves an emptiness that cannot be filled, but her spirit will live on through her children, grandchildren, siblings, extended family, and dear friends.
May Rae Therese rest peacefully, free from pain and surrounded by eternal love. She will always be remembered, deeply missed, and lovingly cherished.
Forever in our hearts, loved beyond words and forgotten never.
