Bryan “Chuck” Chapman, 46, was a beloved husband, son, brother, uncle, and friend whose life was rooted in family, friendship, and the things he loved.
Born July 18, 1980, Bryan was a lifelong Clevelander and a proud graduate of Midpark High School’s Class of 1999. He spent his entire career at Auto Bolt, where his coworkers became a second family. A master at his craft, Bryan took great pride in his work and the skills he developed throughout his career.
Bryan loved spending time at the dirt track with family and friends, sharing the excitement of race day. He was a motorcycle enthusiast, an animal lover, and a music fan with a special love for the Grateful Dead and Pearl Jam. His knack for trivia and seemingly endless collection of “useless knowledge” were among the many things that made him uniquely Bryan.
At the heart of Bryan’s life was his wife, Erica, the love of his life. He was also lovingly known as “Uncle Bubby” to Gianna, Julian, Brandon, Nicholas, Alex, Logan, Rowan, Layla.
Bryan is preceded in death by his mother, Debra Chapman. He's survived by his beloved wife, Erica; his father, Chuck; his brother, Gregg (Jennifer); his sister, Jennifer Johntony (Nick); his cherished nieces and nephews; and the many friends and coworkers who became family.
Service arrangements will be announced when finalized.
