Dorothy Lyczkowski (nee Zielinski), age 93 of Parma, Ohio, passed into the care of God on Thursday 3/17/2022.
Beloved wife of Alfred Lyczkowski (married 11/11/50) until his death in 2007.
Loving mother of Debra Lucak (Mark), Gail Lyczkowski, Alan Lyczkowski (deceased 2021), grandmother to Melissa and Allison Lucak, sister to Genevieve Jarrett (and 8 other siblings who have gone before her), and many nieces and nephews.
Dorothy was a hardworking, devoted person, who always gave her best to her family. She loved to play cards, read, do puzzles, and go to casinos. She was a caregiver to many, especially taking in her mother-in-law until her death, and helping out her two blind neighbors as much as she could. You were always welcomed into her house and never left hungry.
She will be greatly missed by all.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass at St. Francis de Sales Church, 3434 George Avenue, Parma, 44134 (corner of State and Snow Roads) on Thursday, 3/24/2022 at 10am. All are invited to start gathering at 9:30 am in the church, prior to the mass. Access to the parking lot is from both George Ave. or Snow Road.
